Talent Acquisition Manager - Romania at 3Pillar Global

I’ve been with 3Pillar Global for almost 4 years now, currently leading the Romania Recruiting team.
(I have been working in recruiting ever since I can remember.)
The way we look at the recruitment and our entire philosophy on the process revolves around a bidirectional perspective: the candidate is interviewing you, the company, as much as you are interviewing them. And this is what keeps me going every day: how do we respond to candidates’ needs and expectations , how the candidates will be able to leave their fingerprints through their work and involvement once they are part of the team. This way, each interaction we have with potential new colleagues is unique. Our job is to find out the common denominator in this uniqueness: what sets a candidate apart from others, what sets us apart from other companies.
The most rewarding part is being able to witness first hand this candidate experience and the possibility to tweak each aspect along the way. It brings the biggest smile on my face whenever a candidate ends up being a colleague.
